well on the 8th of august to the morning on the 9th of august. I, Rachel lim jie xin went for black and white camp, and nearly KO.Went there, we were devided in to our tribes. played scissors paper stone in groups. it actually consist of like doing the actions of the object. so if it is scissors, you put your arms in a cross, stone you huddle on the floor and paper you spread yourself out the catch is that everyone in the team must do the same action and you gotta battle the other team. so the communication is a problem.we manage to win the last group as my group was group 3.
The first game was a game of finding our elements . so you gotta decode clues and find lightsticks. after that find a hidden item. this hidden item can be use in the games later. so my group became the water tribe. we were the first to complete the finding our elements game.anyway we were already kind of wet as we had to touch a box in the water so as to get the map, to find our hidden item. that was the sea water part, there were many whines from serene bout getting wet though.
The second game the whole team had to split into 5, 3,3. 5 for the 5 legged race, 3 were candlers, and the last 3 were sparkler lighters.i was one of the candlers. the first one in fact so i have to carry the candle from the beach to the bridge. all the patience needed. i manage on my second try cause the moment the fire is gone, we have to run back to the starting point to get it re-ignited.so the first one. i went all the way to the bridge and gor gor joshua started to jump. i got super piss cause i was half-way through. Ran back , yell at tim to get my candle re-lighted. i feel sorry for him.Serene and i were screaming at him just to come.After that fire tribe was on par with water( my group). but Alex lend Manda his cap and they got protection for their flame.
while i had to use my poor hands. so well i made it with amanda cheering for me, it is really nice of her even though we are in different group. so after that as fire was at the front, the lasr part of the game , was lighting the sparklers on 4 levels. you have to the light the sparkler before the light dies out. we had justin who can run really fast to do it for us. along with 2 other guys.
we made it second thanks to alex's cap.
had immunity challenege, to find the 2 necklaces.but first we need to fill yahkut bottles tie to our arms and we had to interlock hands. our tribe was the fastest to finish the filling of the bottles. however we could not find the necklaces. so we did not get immunity.Earth tribe got the necklaces, so they had to pick either back or white. one would be immunity and the other is vulnerability. so the person who gets vulnerability has to hold tofu for the next game. they pick the black necklace and gave us water tribe the white one.well the black one was immunity, so we had to carry tofu for the next round
the next game was more like a relay challenge game, as it was split into 4 parts. The first part is to use chopsticks to hold on to ping pong balls and carry it across the line. we manage to with tofu in our hands(the tofu stinks).The second part was to chose either black or white paper. We chose black and inside wrote 18 hands and 8 legs. so we had to find our way across the line.we were poured with water solutions and squeeze with orange all over ,oh ya serene and one new comer( anna's friend were tied at the end point) well they will be poured with water for the extra time we take.The third part was to rub soap all over and we rub it all over david's shirt. it was tough la. the last part was a bible quiz. we figure that if we answered wrongly, we could do the quiz faster. however serene and that new guy would get poured for every wrong question but we were all saying" aiya it is serene, dun care la just pour , then she was whining it was hilarious ya( sorry serene). in the end we won.
the last game was quite an interesting game, each tribe had a base and we had to run to other base pick up our light stick.only 8 people were allowed to play. so all the girls( there were only 4 of us) decided to go jail, a place for non-active players.So well with justin's super man speed, we won . as a group of 5 went to distract and justin got the light stick. our defence was good too. we won by the third round as each time you get a light stick it is the end of one round. so we had to collect 3 light sticks. yay did it and won first again
Later on had early breakfast, satay and cookies i love them especially the cookies.headed to dragon trail, had to do some night walk. and one guy one girl, all the girls wanted a "man guy" not a sissy type one. haha i got pair with sam goh, my old cell intern, anyway it was a good time to catch up with sam cause very long never talk to him. well he thought me how to hear sounds around and check. we heard screams in front so we roughly knew what happens. haha ignore and gave them a zombie face la. overall there were loads of screams from people. i was a little jumpy but should be ok la.
next morning, bathe and then went to meet the com for breakfast. took a bus home with titus. He was like so bored that he drop at my place which is further than his place and then later he took bus home. he drank like 4 cups of coffee la. that bad for health people. dun follow him ok. that why he can be energetic on the ride home.
